Enhanced Participant Enrollment

Mutual of America has made enrollment easier for employees while maintaining strong security for online account access.
Key Changes
-
Employees will now receive a plan-specific Enrollment Code in their Invitation to Enroll (ITE) email or letter.
-
To begin enrollment, employees will enter their personal information plus the Enrollment Code.
-
Employees who previously received an ITE were sent the Enrollment Code by email, if an email address was on file.
-
The enrollment process has been streamlined so employees can enroll in or opt out of the plan without completing Plaid identity verification.
-
Plaid identity verification is only required if the employee wants to create an online account, helping protect account security.
