Welcome to the Open Enrollment Benefits Page

We are excited to welcome you to the 2027 Benefits Open Enrollment period and to share an important enhancement to your enrollment experience!

This year marks our first Open Enrollment using bSwift, a Paylocity benefits administration module. Through this new platform, all benefits enrollment and benefit elections will be completed entirely online through your Paylocity user account, providing a more streamlined and convenient enrollment process.

Open Enrollment Dates

November 2 - November 13, 2026

During this enrollment period, please review your benefit options carefully and complete your elections through Paylocity before the enrollment deadline. Any changes or updates to your benefits for the 2027 plan year must be submitted during this window.

COMING SOON - If you have not yet created your Paylocity user login or need assistance accessing your account, please contact your location's Point of Contact, typically the individual responsible for processing payroll at your parish, school, or organization.

2027 Costs

Benefits Update for Plan Year 2027

The Diocese has worked diligently to keep insurance rates low for all participants and is pleased to announce that rates for The Hartford will remain unchanged for the 2027 benefit year.

Additionally, the Diocese is excited to share that the Delta Dental plan will include enhanced allowances—offering greater value—toward cleaning and services for those with medical conditions and pregnancy as well as diagnostic and preventive services no longer applying toward the annual maximums. Please refer to the upcoming benefits sheet from Delta Dental for more details.

Health, Delta Dental, and VSP Vision insurance plans experienced a significant increase in specialty pharmacy claims during 2026, resulting in a 3.5% to 9% increase in premiums for 2027. However, deductibles and plan designs will remain the same for the new plan year.
